Providing full disclosure in writing on payment terms, profit margins, length of contracts etc. to our Sub-Contractors prior to submitting a CV to a Client ensures that there is an informed commitment by both AIC and its Consultant Partner to competitively win and subsequently deliver a successful solution.
Furthermore, AIC exclusively engages Intermediate level (5-9 years’ experience) and Senior level (10+ years’ experience) resources. We do this for several reasons but one of them is that a proven track record of experience is more often than not, a reliable predictor of capability, commitment and professionalism.
